SHIPPING POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items must be brand new, unused, and in original unopened packaging to qualify for return. Returns must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery and require prior authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds apply to the product price only and will be processed within fourteen (14) business days after inspection. Hazardous materials and opened consumables are non-returnable.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Reloads World Shop warrants that reloading equipment, excluding consumables, will be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.
