Eligibility for Returns

Return Timeframe

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be approved. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

• Ammunition, primers, powder, or any consumable reloading components
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale
  • Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by improper handling
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Reloads World Shop immediately upon delivery. Provide clear photos and a description of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Reloads World Shop is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact us to confirm availability and receive further instructions. Price differences, if any, must be settled before the exchange is processed.
